Furla Talent Hub

Talent takes shape.
Innovation finds it’s home.
Beauty takes flight.

Furla Talent Hub has been born, a true center of development and promotion of new talents in fashion. Creativity now has a recognizable name thanks to the synergy and important collaboration with Furla.
With the introduction of Talent Hub, Furla becomes a cultural and social initiator, offering young, up-and-coming designers the opportunity to create and sign their own collections under the Furla brand.
The real magic is for the Talent Hub designers to see their bag and shoe creations in displayed in the windows of Furla shops worldwide and in exclusive international boutiques and department stores, as well as in the editorials features of the most important magazines.
Courtney Crawford, Max Kibardin, Alice and Lisa Ferrari for Marico and Nicole Brundage, already known as finalists in the "Who's on next?" competition, and for their collections - very popular among the icons of style - will have an extraordinary opportunity to showcase their creativity and expand their career.
"The decision to launch the Talent Hub seems an apparent choice, but it is quite innovative and groundbreaking for the fashion world, where the big players tend to be very protective of the sources of their creativity." explains Giovanna Furlanetto, President of Furla who inspired the project. The Talent Hub merges the creative strength of the emerging designers with the structure and worldwide distribution of a well-known company. The sum of these 2 factors is exponential.
A sensibility for innovation is part of the Furla DNA. The Furla per l'Arte prize, now at the sixth edition, was way ahead of its time when it was created in 1999; a time when fashion wasn't linked to art. The award was established by Furla under the direction of curator Chiara Bertola to promote young contemporary artists. It has now become a coveted prize for young Italian artists as it boasts an international jury and worldwide recognition. The finalists of the latest edition of Furla per l’Arte will exhibit at MOT – Museum of Contemporary Art of Tokyo- at the "Space for your future" exhibition in October. They will be among the most important artists, designers and architects of our time.
